  • Deluxe (Deep) Cleaning
    Our Deluxe cleaning includes the General Cleaning list items (shown below) cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following: Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped) Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed) Cobwebs removed Blinds & shutters hand washed (We do not clean metal mini blinds) Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped) Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture) Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped) Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped) Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs) Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped) Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped) Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped) All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped) Light switch plates (hand washed) Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed) All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected) Mirrors (cleaned) Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up) All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized) Wastebaskets (emptied/relined) Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed Stairs (vacuumed) Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped) * We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. * We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning. Excessive build up may be unable to be removed. Also, please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
  • Maintenance Cleaning
    For your ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleanings include the following: Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted) Cobwebs removed Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted) Moldings & woodwork (dusted) Baseboards (dusted) Lamps & lampshades (dusted) Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted) Furniture (dusted & polished) Top of refrigerator (dusted) Outside of appliances cleaned Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed Counter tops & backsplashes (washed) All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected) Mirrors (Windexed) Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed) All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized) Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined) Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted) Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped) ​ ​ It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning the areas describe above. Maintenance cleanings are only available to regular recurring clients that have utilized our services within a 4 week period.
  • One time/1st time General Cleaning
    Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted) Cobwebs removed Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted) Moldings & woodwork (dusted) Baseboards (dusted) Lamps & lampshades (dusted) Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted) Furniture (dusted & polished) Top of refrigerator (dusted) Outside of appliances cleaned Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed Counter tops & backsplashes (washed) All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected) Mirrors (Windexed) Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed) All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized) Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined) Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted) Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped) It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate deep cleaning. Not all homes qualify for a general clean. You may be required to have a deluxe cleaning.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We only accept checks from commercial clients.
  • Is there a deposit required?
    Deposits are only required for First Time Cleanings and One Time Cleanings such as a Move In/Out. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before service time.
  • Do you bring your own supplies or do I have to provide them?
    We bring all necessary supplies to clean. We utilize the products that allow us to provide the most efficient and effective results.
  • What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
    We are here to help you with those harder jobs you either can't do on your own or do not have time to complete. We can easily pick up a few items and work to tidy up each room, However if we spend too much time picking up and organizing, we won't have the time left to handle the more detailed cleaning that you expect. ​ Be sure that basic tidying is done before we arrive. For Example, kids toys; clothes from chairs, floors and beds; papers and mail from counter tops and tables; and all around clutter from the rooms being cleaned. Clear off bathroom vanities as much as possible and put personal items away. With these basics done, your cleaning professional will be free to concentrate on the kind of cleaning you have hired them to do. ​ If you would like for us to pick up items and or organize please let us know as we would be happy to do so. We will just need to figure this into your package so that we can insure we have allotted enough time on your schedule for the extra duties.
  • How do appointment times work?
    Due to the nature of our business, only the first appointment of the day is given a firm start time, for all other slots we give a 2 hour window for appointment times. There are many factors that are out of our control such as cleanings taking a little longer than expected, traveling during peak travel times or customer requests. The 2 hour windows allows us to be able to meet the needs of each client and our cleaning professionals to travel safely from one location to the next.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We utilize a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled after 24 hours may incur fees. Please contact our office for our current cancellation policy.
